About Helen
Some might call me a luxury wedding specialist but my friends and family describe me as being creative, driven, passionate, determined and generous to a fault. I am wife to ‘the other one,’ the proudest mum of two incredible young men, chief treat giver to my two dogs Mollie-moo and Tilly little-legs and I’m told that I’m the friend that people want around when attempting to remain calm in a crisis. Oh, and I absolutely hate talking about myself and having my picture taken.

I came to floristry later in life. In a previous role I was an occupational therapist working with clients to find occupations that improved their physical and mental health. After time out to care for my two boys as full-time mum I returned to work as an operations and customer service manager developing the customer standards that I believe we all deserve. After redundancy with time to reflect on my own needs I came to the realisation that life is for living and that we should follow our dreams. And, I did it! I followed my passion for growing my own flowers and embraced the experience of developing the ‘W&B style’ as Willow and Bear floral design was born.
