As a distinguished wedding Florist in Yorkshire, we also have expertise in collaborating with couples from abroad or those who reside far from their selected wedding venue. We recognise the concerns and obstacles that can arise in such situations. Drawing from our extensive experience of assisting couples from the USA, Dubai, and Australia, as well as those living a considerable distance from their wedding venue, I have cultivated an array of approaches to guarantee seamless progress and flawless execution of plans.

You’ve decided that W&B is right for you and your wedding day, so next we ask you to tell us more about your wedding ideas via our enquiry form. We will check our availability and suggest a follow up call. As a bespoke wedding Florist we don’t initially offer a price list. Instead, we provide a fully detailed quote that describes both the style and cost of each styling and flower design component with an explanation of what each cost includes.

Let’s talk
This is the exciting part as the wedding planning begins and the wedding starts to feel real! We will either meet in my studio in York, Northeast England, at your wedding venue, or we can have a virtual meeting to begin sharing ideas about the look and feel that you want to achieve for your wedding day.

Booking the date
Once you are decided that our wedding Florist services are the best match for you, I ask you to secure your wedding date with a £200 deposit and I will book out that date just for you.

Wedding Planning & consultation
With the wedding date secured and a shared vision for the day, we will begin working on your detailed wedding proposal and create a personalised mood board for you. I am on hand to support you with questions and decisions as the wedding day approaches and don’t limit the amount of contact that we have.

Final Details
A month before the wedding date we will recap all of the floristry and styling plans for the day. This is your opportunity to finalise your vision and to settle on the final numbers.

Your wedding day
Helen and the W&B team will arrive on site and set to work. We will remain on site to ensure that each detail is in place and that everything runs smoothly. If requested, Helen will move and repurpose your flower and venue designs so that you can enjoy them for the full day! With all floral displays in place and the celebrations in full swing, we’ll leave you to enjoy every last detail of your wedding day.

After the wedding
With the partying over and the memories still fresh in your minds, the W&B team will return to site and clear down the wedding. This will be your opportunity to gift on the flowers as you wish and we will say thank you for trusting us with the most important of days and say goodbye.
