As your wedding florist and friend, I’m here to work alongside you. I want to make sure every detail feels as meaningful as it is beautiful. And as for distance, it’s no problem at all. Many of my lovely couples are from all corners—Dubai, Australia, USA or simply living far from their chosen venue. My process is thoughtfully personal to bridge any distance, and I’m always flexible to coordinate meetings when you’re in the UK visiting your wedding venue.

We’ll check the diary, and if all looks good and our styles align, we’ll set up a call to chat through everything in more detail.
As a bespoke florist, I’m afraid I don’t do a one-size-fits-all price list. Because that would be far too ordinary. Instead, I create a custom quote tailored to your vision, with every petal and detail accounted for.
Early on, we’ll talk through your requirements and budget. Weddings, as we all know, can be rather pricey, but I actually quite enjoy the challenge of making things work beautifully within those limits. Whether it’s reimagining arrangements, scaling designs, or finding inventive ways to maximise what we have, it’s a process that feels just as rewarding as the end result.
You’ll receive a fully itemised plan, complete with descriptions of each floral and styling element, so you know exactly what’s included. No surprises.

Let’s chat
This is the bit I absolutely adore. The moment when your wedding starts to feel real. We can meet in my studio in York, North England (which is always a treat), at your venue if you fancy, or, if life’s a bit busy or you’re too far away, we can hop on a virtual call.
I’m all about flexibility, so we’ll arrange appointments that fit around your time zone and busy schedule. To make things even easier, I use WhatsApp to keep everything organised. It’s brilliant for replying at your convenience, sharing inspiration, documents, and ideas, and having a clear audit trail of our conversations.
Either way, we’ll start discussing your ideas for a wedding that’s timeless, effortlessly elegant, and with that lovely garden-inspired touch.

Booking the date
Once we’re certain we’re a good fit for your wedding and my style aligns with yours, we can reserve your date. As I’ve mentioned, dates do fill up quickly. Mainly because I take on a very limited number of weddings each year to make sure I can give each couple my full attention. Carefully nurturing your vision takes time and energy, so I’d encourage you to book your date sooner rather than later to avoid any disappointment.

Wedding Planning & consultation
Throughout our conversations, I’ll help guide your ideas, gently pushing and exploring what you like -and just as importantly, what you don’t. It’s a lot of back and forth, sharing images and Pinterest boards, and really reading between the lines to get to the heart of what you’re after. It’s an evolving process, one where I’m always listening and adapting as your vision grows but it’s never overwhelming. I make it a natural and relaxed conversation about styles and how you want your day to look and feel. I want you to feel confident & supported every step of the way, and many of my couples end up keeping in touch long after the wedding, which is always lovely.

Final Details
The closer we get to the big day, the more I’ll understand the full picture of your wedding, which allows me to make any last-minute floral suggestions to tie everything together. A few months before the wedding, I’ll send you the final mood board, ensuring it’s exactly what you envisioned. By then, we’ll have finalised the quote, and the balance will be paid, so you can relax knowing everything is under control & that you are in very safe hands.

Your wedding day
As your wedding florist, it’s important that I work closely with each one of your chosen vendors—photographers, videographers, stylists, and cake designers – to make sure every detail aligns beautifully on your big day. Arriving early, my team and I carefully set up each flower, leaf, vine, petal, and candle with immense care.
When the time comes, I’ll personally hand you your bouquet which will be brimming with natural beauty and a comforting scent, I encourage you to breathe in. It’s my way of helping you pause and feel grounded before walking down the aisle. I’ll guide you on how to hold it to ensure its full elegance is captured by your photographer – a small detail, but one that makes all the difference.
One of my favourite parts of the day is watching everything come together, seeing the vision we’ve created come to life. I stay on-site to smoothly transition and repurpose your designs for the reception, always mindful of how they’ll be captured by your photographer and videographer to preserve the beauty of your floral story.
I only leave once I’m completely satisfied that every detail is perfect and have had the chance to congratulate you personally—it’s my way of ending the day as thoughtfully as it began.
07.
WHEN THE WEDDING IS OVER
And now comes the part which I always find bittersweet. When the day is over. We’ll return to the venue to clear everything away and discuss gifting your flowers to loved ones, or charities. All good things must come to an end, but I always miss the conversations and the journey.
Once the wedding is all wrapped up, it’ll be time to say our goodbyes. But don’t worry, if you’re like most of my couples, we’ll probably stay friends after.
